Novus Group Joins the Builder Program at Opportunity Machine
Novus Group has joined the builder program at Opportunity Machine, the startup incubator in Lafayette, Louisiana. We are in the program to build our product: software that runs the daily work of a jewelry store.
What we are building
AI agents work the store’s day in the background. They watch the counter, the bench, and the inbox. They do the routine work on their own and ask a person before anything big. A jewelry store is part shop, part workshop, part relationships. It is an agentic OS for jewelry stores.
Agents do the routine work. People spend less time at a keyboard and more time with customers.
What is the builder program?
The builder program is Opportunity Machine’s program for founders who are building a product and testing it with real customers. For us that means talking with real jewelers while we build. Here is a look at that work:
