The best software talent keeps leaving for the same five cities, and the businesses that actually run Louisiana end up buying technology from distant vendors who don’t know them and disappear after the invoice clears.
I don’t think it has to work that way.
AI has changed what a small, local team can build. Louisiana companies can now get serious software from people who live here, answer the phone here, and are still here in five years.

Novus is Latin for new, fresh, extraordinary. It ends in “us” on purpose: your team and ours, because it takes all of us to make something beautiful.
